2. Objectives of the Study

The primary objectives of the third-party evaluation are to:

  1. Assess the relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, and sustainability of NIESBUD’s training programmes
  2. Analyse impact on participants including:

10. Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) & Performance Security

EMD: ₹50,000

  • Validity: 45 days beyond bid validity period (120 days)
  • Exemption: MSME/NSIC/DPIIT recognized Startups (with valid documentary proof)
  • Forfeiture: If bidder withdraws/modifies bid during validity period or fails to sign contract/furnish Performance Security
