Scope of Work for the Training Partner

3. Trainer Management: Identify, train, and deploy certified trainers through a “Train the Trainer” program.

Empanelment Procedure & Contract Award

1. Submission: Two-cover system (Technical + Financial) via Speed/Registered Post.
2. Preliminary Evaluation: Verification of all documents and fees.
3. Technical Evaluation: Only bidders scoring ≥70% are shortlisted.
4. Financial Evaluation: Opened only for technically qualified bidders.
