This EOI for Skill Development Training invites proposals from eligible organizations for empanelment as Training Partners. The objective is to conduct short-term skill development training programmes for identified Manual Scavengers and their dependants under the National Action for Mechanised Sanitation Ecosystem (NAMASTE) Scheme for the financial year 2026-27. The RFP serves as a comprehensive guide for organizations seeking to participate in skill tenders focused on rehabilitation of Manual Scavengers into sustainable livelihoods.

Objective

The primary objective of this skill RFP is to rehabilitate identified Manual Scavengers and their dependants into alternative sustainable occupations through NSQF-aligned short-term skill development training programmes (up to 5 months duration).
